 Preorders

What is the preordering process?

Preordering is a method used to help fund the production of products. Preorders help our shop be able to make enough products for everyone interested instead of having a launch where products are limited and sell out quickly. The duration of a preorder can last for a set amount of time or until all slots are filled. 

Preorders can take upwards of 3 weeks to go through the production process before they are shipped! Please be aware of this when ordering products in a preorder. 

Preorders say sold out, why?

If all preorder slots have been filled for a product, the item will appear out of stock. You will have to wait until more slots are opened or the items are back in stock!

If I purchase a preorder item and an in-stock item, will they be shipped together or separately?

They will be shipped together. Preorder products can take a few weeks to be ready to ship so all items will be shipped at once. 

If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, then we recommend placing two separate orders. Keep in mind, you will have to pay the shipping fees for each order that is placed. 

 

Grading of Pins & Buttons

Buttons and pins are inspected once we receive them from our manufacturer. We then grade the items based off the quality.

A Grade: These pins/buttons may have little to no flaws (scuffs, scratches, etc.) that are usually only visible under direct light or up close.

B Grade: These pins/buttons have small flaws that are might be more noticable.

C Grade: These items will have the most noticeable defects/flaws but are great if you are intend to attach these to bags or clothes that are expected to have more wear and tear.

We ship WORLDWIDE! However, certain countries still have service suspensions. Read more here.

 

I have a question about my order, how can I contact you?

Check out our contact us page! You can try to contact us on on any of our social media pages but we are more likely to respond to emails in a timely manner!

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are usually processed within 5-7 days of being placed. Our items are always packaged with love and care, so please be patient as we try our best to get all orders out quickly! 

 

When will my package arrive?

Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we cannot give a definite time frame in which your order will arrive. Domestic orders usually take a few days or up to a week to arrive. International orders can take a couples weeks or up to 2 months to arrive.

My package says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it? 

If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please try and check the following:

1. Was the address you provided when placing your order correct? Please double check your order confirmation!

2. Check with any housemates to see if they may have picked up your mail. Check with your neighbors in the case that USPS accidentally delivered to the wrong address. 

3. If your package is not found after checking steps 1 & 2, please get in contact with your local post office ASAP. They might have mis-scanned your package or had another issue. If needed you can open a missing claim with them. 

Magic Shop Gloss is not responsible for delivery mishandlings nor stolen parcels after packages have been transferred into the hands of USPS. 

 

What comes with my order?

We like to add unofficial photocard freebies to each order! Sometimes we will also include stickers. All freebies are random however, you can request a certain member by putting it in the 'notes' section at checkout!

 

Can I return/exchange my item(s)?

All sales are final so we do not offer any returns or exchanges, UNLESS we distributed the incorrect item(s). If you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately so we can help you! Please see our Refund Policy for any other questions.

 

I placed more than one order, can I combine my orders?

Yes, if your orders have not shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to combine your orders. The orders MUST be under the same name and shipping address.

Please make sure the orders are placed within 24 hours of one another. You will be refunded one shipping cost, if applicable. For example, if your items weigh over a certain amount, it would make sense to charge the accurate shipping cost and refund the difference to you. 

Please email us with any questions or concerns regarding combining orders!

 

I entered the wrong address on my order!

If we have NOT shipped your order yet, the shipping address can be changed! If your order has already been shipped we cannot do anything unless it is returned to us. At that point, we will ask if you would like a refund or pay us to ship your order out again. Please email us for these changes ASAP.
